Overview
Our intro courses are a great way to see if a chosen subject is the right career path for you. You will gain the knowledge to perform a basic yet professional massage on friends and family.
You will study with us for
one day and will need to wear comfortable clothes and flat shoes. Please let us know on application if you are not willing to receive reflexology during the day course.

Entry requirements
Any person of 18 and over is welcome on this course.
Your course includes:
- The history of reflexology including the academic and practical study of the benefits and effects of this therapy.
- You will learn the importance of recognizing contraindications to a therapy.
- The theory behind reflexology as the body's organs and glands are "linked" to corresponding areas of the hands and feet.
- Preparation of the work area.
- Your experienced tutor will advise you of a full reflexology routine.
- You will have the opportunity to perform a full reflexology massage.
- The course includes the study of after care of your clients
- Our excellent facilities will give you the best examples of how to conduct an exceptional therapy.
- You will be given a full course folder included in this one day workshop to refer to as you practice this massage on friends and family.
- You will receive an Aqua Rosa certificate that will allow you to go on to undertake a professional course.
