Overview

This one day course is a full and comprehensive study of the first degree of Reiki and you will gain the knowledge to perform a professional therapy on friends and family.

This course is the first degree and you will receive the basic healing attunement that brings the healing power of balance and Universal Harmony into all areas of life. It enables and encourages the student to carry out self-healing and also to channel this energy to family and friends.

You will study with us for one day and will need to wear comfortable clothes and flat shoes. Please let us know on application if you are not willing to receive Reiki during the day course.

Entry requirements

Any person of 18 and over is welcome on this course.

Your course includes:

• The history of Reiki massage including the academic and practical study of the benefits and effects of this therapy.
• The understanding of the Reiki energy and how it can be used,
• Chakras and Auras
• Reiki hand positions
• Self-healing
• You will learn the importance of recognizing contraindications to a therapy.
• Preparation of the work area.
• You will receive several attunements throughout this course
• Your experienced tutor will advise you of a full Reiki massage routine
• You will have the opportunity to perform a full Reiki massage routine.
• The course includes the study of after care of your clients
• Our excellent facilities will give you the best examples of how to conduct an exceptional therapy.
• You will be given a full course folder included in this one day workshop to refer to as you practice this massage on friends and family.
• You will receive an Aqua Rosa certificate that will allow you to go on to undertake a course in the study of the second degree of Reiki.
